The intended purpose is to help people, including children with appropriate safeguarding, contact trusted support. The name does not establish where the device would be worn, how it would be used, or a working capability. This page does not represent a manufactured or tested product.
Resolve the design questions
Placement, activation, intended users, accidental activation, connectivity and understandable failure states need to be defined. The name alone does not establish oral use. Materials, small-parts risks, batteries and radio behavior would need appropriate engineering and safety review for the selected design.
A proposed development sequence
Concept explanation would be followed by design and feasibility work, controlled adult testing, and readiness review before any future release decision. No dates or completed test stages are asserted.
Future funding remains a proposal
Later wearable sales or possible subscriptions could support research and development. Readiness, cost, pricing, service coverage and funding arrangements have not been established. No purchase, subscription or protection service is offered here.
